The government authority located in Griffin, Georgia is seeking a vendor to provide comprehensive employee flexible benefits administration and enrollment services for a school system covering approximately 1,500 employees. The selected provider will implement, manage, and support a voluntary benefits program designed to enhance the agency's overall employee benefits package, ensuring clear guidance and support for employees selecting appropriate coverage.
Key responsibilities include full-service administration of the flexible benefits program, developing and executing a comprehensive communication strategy to educate employees, and offering in-person enrollment assistance both during the annual enrollment period and throughout the year as needed. The vendor must also coordinate the annual enrollment timeline, implement enrollment systems and processes to ensure accurate and efficient benefit elections, and provide ongoing customer service and support to employees and the agency during the plan year.
Regular reporting and compliance with applicable laws and regulations is required. The contract will be for one year, and questions regarding this RFP must be submitted by May 1, 2026.
