DESCRIPTION


A government authority in Texas is seeking proposals from qualified vendors to provide comprehensive employee benefits services. The selected vendor will design and administer a competitive benefits program aimed at attracting and retaining high-quality employees.

The scope of services includes offering medical, dental, vision, term life, AD&D, and long-term disability insurance. In addition, the vendor should manage flexible spending accounts, dependent care accounts, health savings accounts, and provide a wellness program that encourages personal responsibility to reduce overall health care costs. Additional required benefits include proposals for FSA/HSA/COBRA administration, voluntary and basic life insurance, long- and short-term disability, critical illness, accident, employee assistance program (EAP), and ACA reporting.
