The government authority in Drive Fort Worth, Texas is seeking a vendor to provide comprehensive employee benefits services. Responsibilities include conducting an annual assessment of the benefits program to evaluate plan performance, competitiveness, cost trends, and utilization drivers. The selected firm will deliver market benchmarking on plan designs, contributions, and coverage levels, as well as recommend tailored plan design options aligned with organizational goals such as cost control, recruitment and retention, equity, and employee wellbeing.
The scope also encompasses supporting the development of a multi-year benefits strategy, guidance on vendor consolidation, voluntary benefits initiatives, and wellbeing programs. Additional duties involve enrollment platform coordination, managing employee communications across print and digital formats, handling life event and enrollment corrections, coordinating COBRA administration oversight, and providing data analytics, reporting, and financial stewardship. Vendors are expected to provide a dedicated account team with clearly defined roles including Account Executive, Account Manager, and support for compliance and analytics. The contract is intended for a one-year period.
