DESCRIPTION
The government authority in Tucson, Arizona is seeking a vendor to provide comprehensive employee benefits consulting services. The selected consultant will support employee insurance benefits programs and offer detailed reports and recommendations regarding any legislative or interpretative changes affecting these programs. Assistance will also include resolving claim problems or service complaints related to the employee benefits program.
Additional responsibilities involve advising on administrative forms, procedures, and related administrative details pertinent to benefits administration. The consultant will develop and oversee procedures to assess claim ratios and deliver requested reporting on employee benefits. Reviewing and analyzing premium rates and policy contracts from insurance carriers and benefit providers will be required to ensure accuracy and compliance. The consultant will also guide the organization on compliance matters related to 403b plans, COBRA, HIPAA, FMLA, ADA, and associated requirements.
