DESCRIPTION


The government authority located in Baltimore, Maryland is seeking a vendor to provide comprehensive employee benefits brokerage and consultancy services for a global workforce. This includes managing and supporting a range of benefits such as Global Medical, Vision, and Pharmacy Plans (including non-ERISA continuation coverage as an alternative to COBRA), International and US Dental Plans, Health Care & Dependent Care Flexible Spending Accounts, Short-Term and Long-Term Disability, Basic and Supplemental Life (including AD&D), Employee Assistance Programs, Business Travel Accident Insurance, and benefits tailored for highly compensated employees.

The selected vendor will be responsible for the design, implementation, communication, compliance, and ongoing improvement of these benefits programs. Expectations include providing strategic benefits consulting, multi-year planning (spanning 3 to 5 years), benchmarking, modeling, and data-driven recommendations to optimize cost, risk, and program scope.
