Employee Benefit Management Services

The government authority located in Allentown, Pennsylvania is seeking a vendor to provide comprehensive employee benefit management services. The selected firm will supply brokers and consultants to strategically plan, design, and negotiate optimal coverage and costs for various employee health and welfare benefit programs, including medical, dental, and stop loss coverage.

Key responsibilities will include developing benchmarks and targets to ensure benefit plans meet organizational and employee objectives, overseeing the issuance of insurance certificates, and identifying core administrative services. The vendor will assess third-party performance, manage vendor relationships, and facilitate employee communications related to benefit program updates and changes. Additional duties involve reviewing relevant plan documents and certificates, as well as providing informational materials and online reference tools about legislative developments that may affect employee benefit plans.

The contract will span a period of three years.
