DESCRIPTION
The government authority in Hampton, Virginia is seeking a qualified vendor to provide services for an employee award recognition program. The program will honor employees for their years of service with various personalized gifts and certificates, presented in professional, attractive gift boxes to enhance the prestige of the awards.
Employees reaching 5 years of service will receive a stainless-steel keychain with the City seal and a 3" x 5" certificate in a gift box. For 10 years of service, awards include a stainless-steel pen engraved with the City seal and a 5" x 7" framed certificate in a 9" x 12" gift box. Fifteen-year employees will receive a stainless-steel coaster with City seal engraving, a 4" x 6" certificate in a clear acrylic frame, and a 9" x 12" gift box. Gift items may be customized through etching, stamping, fixation, or other suitable methods.
Vendors are required to ensure the quality and presentation of gift boxes for all award levels. The initial contract term will be for one year, and vendors should submit all inquiries by April 14, 2026.
