DESCRIPTION


The government authority in New Orleans, Louisiana is seeking a vendor to provide comprehensive Employee Assistance Program (EAP) services. These services must include confidential assessment, counseling, and referral support for employees facing challenges related to social, economic, and vocational health, such as alcohol and drug dependency, trauma, gambling, depression, grief, co-dependency, stress management, workplace violence, personal and workplace relationships, child and spousal abuse, and crisis intervention, among other concerns relevant to employees.

The EAP must also include both inpatient and outpatient referral services and access to appropriate community resources. Additional services include supervisory training and mental health education. The contract will be awarded for a period of one year. Prospective vendors should note that all questions regarding this opportunity must be submitted by April 8, 2026. This solicitation is set aside exclusively for small businesses.
