DESCRIPTION


The selected vendor will provide comprehensive Employee Assistance Program (EAP) services for a government authority in Jonesboro, Georgia. Services must be delivered continuously, 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, 365 days a year, ensuring reliable support for employees and eligible clients.

The contractor is required to offer a toll-free hotline for immediate access, as well as telephonic and virtual (such as video-based or online) assessments, referrals, and both short-term and long-term counseling. In-person Employee Assistance consultations must be available at a location within 30 miles of the eligible client's home or workplace.

Additional responsibilities include providing crisis management, follow-up, and case management services for all eligible clients. The selected provider must also offer management consultation services via telephone, virtual platforms, or in-person meetings, ensuring comprehensive support for both employees and organizational leadership.
