DESCRIPTION


The government authority in Mather, California is seeking a provider for a comprehensive Employee Assistance Program (EAP) dedicated to agency employees, qualified dependents, qualified retirees, and their eligible family members. The selected vendor will deliver a suite of EAP services that address the behavioral health, wellness, and support needs of agency fire personnel and their families.

Eligible family members include spouses or registered domestic partners, children up to age 26—including natural, stepchildren, adopted children, and those under legal guardianship—and disabled unmarried children over age 26 who reside with the employee. The services should feature clinical and counseling support, as well as specialized panels of clinicians capable of providing on-site Critical Incident Stress Debriefings (CISDs) and trauma response counseling after crises or tragedies.
