The government authority located in Austin, Texas is seeking a vendor to provide a comprehensive Employee Assistance Program (EAP) for approximately 11,087 benefit-eligible employees. The EAP must include a 24/7 accessible member portal and mobile application offering self-service resources, appointment scheduling, and mental health tools tailored to staff needs.
A key requirement is the provision of one dedicated, full-time onsite counselor who will offer short-term counseling, orientations, management consultations, and respond to critical incidents onsite within four hours. Program setup, data integration, and staffing must be fully implemented to achieve a go-live date of July 1, 2026.
The scope also includes conducting clinical support sessions according to the district-selected model, and ensuring all member materials and clinical intake services are available in both English and Spanish.
