DESCRIPTION


The Government Authority located in Ottawa, Ontario is seeking a vendor to provide employee and retiree group benefits services. The selected provider will be responsible for delivering a comprehensive group benefits program for employees, which includes basic employee life insurance, dependent life coverage for spouses and children, optional life and long-term disability options, extended health care, basic and optional dental plans (including major and orthodontic), optional hospital coverage, a health care spending account, and additional options such as Accidental Death & Dismemberment (AD&D), provincial coverage replacement, and telemedicine services.

Retiree benefits are also offered as part of this program and include basic life insurance, extended health care and dental plans (up to age 65), optional hospital coverage, and a health care spending account. The anticipated contract period is five years. Interested vendors are expected to submit their questions by May 20, 2026. This notice provides information about the requirements and scope; full RFP documentation must be obtained separately from the contracting authority.
