The government authority in Connecticut is seeking a vendor to provide emissions reduction services. The selected provider will be responsible for planning, implementing, evaluating, and reporting on programs that maximize the reduction of vehicle and fuel-related emissions in a cost-effective manner.
Specific duties include the analysis and assessment of Motor Vehicle Inspection & Maintenance (I&M) Programs, as well as the management and administration of clean vehicle incentive programs such as the Connecticut Hydrogen and Electric Automobile Purchase Rebate (CHEAPR) Program. The vendor will also handle program development, implementation, analysis, evaluation, and planning.
Additionally, responsibilities include quantifying emission reductions and conducting cost-benefit analyses to support implementation plans or greenhouse gas reduction documentation. All questions regarding the proposal must be submitted by March 31, 2026.
