Arizona seeks a qualified vendor to provide comprehensive emergency response services and disaster recovery solutions. The scope of work includes mobile logistical support involving the coordination of materials, equipment, personnel, and transportation to facilitate emergency preparedness and response operations. Additional responsibilities encompass call center support, which involves establishing and managing emergency call center services by supplying the necessary staff, equipment, and materials.

Vendors will be expected to offer emergency search and rescue support, including all required logistics for specialized operations. The scope also covers providing personnel for emergency operations centers, facility management, and operational coordination during disasters. Disaster recovery services will include mitigating the effects of natural incidents such as hurricanes, tornadoes, snowstorms, and floods, with specific tasks such as snow removal and arboreal services.

The contract also requires related technology and services, which may include hardware, software, training, installation, and ongoing maintenance, alongside credentialing and certification support. Emergency medical vehicle services are required, integrating paramedicine with fire services, supplemental ground and flight transport, hospital support, and remote clinical operations. Vendors must also provide aviation deployment and mobile morgue services as needed.

A critical requirement is the ability to execute emergency response actions rapidly; the contractor must be capable of responding within 15 minutes of notification and taking action within 24 hours, following the directions specified in task orders from the agency.
