DESCRIPTION

The government authority in Georgia is seeking vendors to provide emergency repair, disaster recovery, and facility support services. Required services include mold remediation, complete emergency repairs to campus facilities, water mitigation and repair, debris removal (including hazardous materials), and storm strengthening of facilities to withstand high velocity winds, rain, and debris.

Vendors must also be capable of providing temporary power solutions for critical campus operations, applying temporary roof patches to prevent water intrusion, conducting post-emergency facility evaluations for safety, overseeing asbestos abatement, and restoring storm-damaged facilities. Services may be required in response to both manmade and natural disasters across agency institutions and entities.

This contract supports operational resilience and rapid response to urgent incidents impacting the facilities and grounds of educational and governmental institutions.
