DESCRIPTION
This Request for Information (RFI) seeks vendors capable of providing an emergency notification system with stringent performance and reliability requirements. The system must maintain near 100% uptime, with scheduled maintenance downtime limited to no more than one hour per week. Notifications, including those sent via multiple channels, must reliably reach the intended audience within 60 seconds.
A redundant architecture is required to ensure notifications remain available during maintenance windows or unforeseen downtime, preserving continuous system availability. Interested vendors should note that all questions regarding the RFI must be submitted by March 10, 2026.
