DESCRIPTION
A higher education institution in Virginia seeks a qualified vendor to provide emergency message development and strategic communications services. The scope of work includes developing comprehensive strategic communications plans, creating messaging frameworks, and supporting issues management to enhance government relations and strengthen connections with the public.
The contractor will be responsible for audience targeting, policy issue evaluation, development of key briefs and talking points, issue tracking and analysis, and advisory services on engagement strategies.
