The government authority in South Dakota is seeking a consultant to provide development and oversight services for Emergency Medical Services (EMS) regional hubs. The initiative aims to strengthen rural healthcare systems and improve access to emergency medical care. The consultant will support the creation of EMS hubs designed to improve coordination, resource sharing, operational efficiency, and system performance throughout the region.
