DESCRIPTION


The organization seeks a vendor-hosted, fully managed Learning Management System (LMS) tailored for prehospital emergency medical services (EMS) education. The platform must initially support at least 300 participants, with scalability to accommodate 500 participants and up to 1,000 by the end of the first year. The LMS should deliver clinically relevant materials, be easy to manage, and provide robust administrative tools including course creation, CE tracking and reporting, automated notifications, and expiration/renewal tracking.

The system architecture must be cloud-hosted, mobile-friendly or app-based, and offer broad browser compatibility. Reporting and analytics features are required for individual CE transcripts, agency-level reporting, compliance tracking, and exportable reports. Integration capabilities via APIs are desired. The contract period will span three years.

Questions regarding the RFP must be submitted no later than March 9, 2026.
