DESCRIPTION

A vendor is sought to provide emergency medical invoicing services, utilizing data files generated two to three times per week from ZOLL Billing software. The contractor must be capable of adapting to updates in the data file format as the ZOLL software evolves. Data will be delivered via Secure File Transfer Protocol (SFTP), and the vendor is required to confirm receipt via email.

Invoices must be printed within one business day, based on detailed information provided by the County, including client information, service details, amounts due, and payment records, while complying with all applicable State and Federal regulations. All invoices must be mailed through the United States Postal Service (USPS) using pre-sorted first-class mail rates, with bulk postage applied to larger mailings. The contractor must ensure mailing processes do not impact client payment timelines.

The three-year contract will commence following the specified timeline, with questions due by March 11, 2026, and a non-mandatory pre-bid meeting scheduled for March 25, 2026.
