The organization is seeking a vendor to provide an emergency medical information system with advanced software and data tools. The solution must support an Online Analytical Processing (OLAP)–type data cube, multiple role-specific dashboards, real-time data quality monitoring, and analytic feeds for advanced analysis, including integration with NHTSA’s Enterprise Data Management Analytics Services (EDMAS) platform.
Robust governance and documentation features are required, including version control, change tracking, cybersecurity scanning and reporting, configuration management, and compliance documentation. The system should be hosted on a FISMA Moderate-level Amazon Web Services (AWS) environment, offering 24/7/365 availability, failover capabilities, system replication, and role-based access control. The proposal should also include dashboards and analytic tools suitable for emergency medical data environments.
