The city of Camarillo, California seeks a qualified vendor to provide emergency management coordinator services to support a variety of emergency management programs and priority initiatives. Responsibilities include reviewing, updating, and maintaining the city's emergency plans, such as the emergency operations plan, hazard mitigation plan, debris management plan, mass care and sheltering plan, and other related documents. These efforts must ensure alignment with city, county, state, and federal requirements.
The selected provider will support training, exercises, and overall readiness efforts, including organizing community outreach and public education programs, emergency communications, and partnership coordination with various agencies.
