DESCRIPTION

A government authority in Louisiana is seeking vendors to provide comprehensive emergency base camps services. The scope includes total turn-key support such as site preparation, mobilization, installation, base camp management and operation, and demobilization.

Services required encompass temporary billeting structures like pole or frame tents with air conditioning/heating and leveled hard floors; provision of bedding and linens; kitchens and meal services; shower units along with towels and washcloths; laundry services; hand washing stations equipped with antibacterial soap and towels; certified potable water; and on-site removal of black and gray water with associated sanitation systems.

The selected vendor will ensure the base camp facilities are fully operational and meet the comfort and hygiene needs of camp occupants throughout the emergency response.
