DESCRIPTION


The government authority in Cincinnati, Ohio is seeking a vendor to provide comprehensive emergency and rapid response services. The contractor must be capable of supporting personnel during natural or man-made disasters, terrorist events, or any incidents where basic services may not be available. Services required include, but are not limited to, food provisioning, accommodations, sanitation, fuel supply, workspace, and staging areas.

Additionally, the contractor will be responsible for a full suite of logistical support capabilities, such as immediate housing or lodging, food services, communications, medical support, security, and other necessary assistance for personnel during emergencies or critical situations. The scope also includes supporting training and exercises to prepare for crisis events.

The contractor must maintain a network of trained emergency response and cleanup teams, providing equipment and materials for incidents involving hazardous substances, pollutants, oil, fires, explosions, weapons of mass destruction, nuclear, biological, or chemical threats. Technical requirements cover emergency response, removal and remedial actions, multimedia sampling and monitoring, site stabilization, spill control and containment, waste treatment, restoration, transportation, and disposal services. The contract period is for one year.
