The solution should deliver a comprehensive platform that integrates digital tools to streamline the creation, management, and ongoing improvement of business continuity and emergency response plans. Key features should include hazard identification and risk assessment, business impact analysis, plan development, ongoing plan maintenance, on-call program support, a virtual emergency operations centre, secure messaging, reporting and dashboards, as well as tools for exercises, testing, and compliance monitoring.
