The selected vendor will offer on-call architectural, engineering, and cost estimating services, supporting projects that range from modernizing existing elevators to designing new installations as elevator replacements.

Key responsibilities include evaluating the physical condition of selected elevators, developing modernization scopes of work, and preparing comprehensive construction document packages. Coordination with sub-consultants in architectural, elevator, electrical, mechanical, and structural disciplines will be required to ensure complete project documentation.
