North Carolina Department Of Labor
Organization overview and procurement intelligence available on paid plans.
The government authority in North Carolina is seeking information regarding the provision of specialized software for the Elevator and Amusement Bureau's inspection processes and invoice reporting. The intended solution should include an online permit submission platform that accommodates required data fields, allows for the upload of supporting documentation such as plans, cost estimates, and schedules, and provides automated application validation. The system must generate confirmation notices with permit numbers and automatically create invoices based on submitted data.
For amusement device inspections, the software should regulate devices and ensure inspections are conducted prior to their operation. Desired features include a streamlined workflow for request submission, review, billing, scheduling, inspection, and reporting. The solution should also include an amusement company portal, device inventory management, a back-office review and approval process, billing and payment processing, inspection scheduling, and comprehensive reporting capabilities.
All vendors are required to submit their questions regarding this RFI by April 8, 2026.
