The Department of Veterans Affairs, Boston Healthcare System is seeking to award a firm-fixed price, sole source contract for a one-year software license and support for the Elekta Mosaiq radiation therapy software. The scope of work includes the provision of a one-year license along with maintenance and support services, specifically the OIS maintenance and support fee for a Gold-level package.
The period of performance for this contract is from December 15, 2025, through December 14, 2026. This procurement is being conducted in accordance with federal acquisition regulations and is intended to ensure continuity of critical radiation therapy services through continued use of the Elekta Mosaiq system.
