This RFP seeks a vendor to provide a comprehensive electronic voting platform and election administration services. The solution must support secure member voting processes, including live voting during meetings, motion voting, and election certification. The chosen platform should offer real-time voting management functionalities such as opening and closing votes during live meetings, immediate result publication, and support for desktop and mobile devices (iOS and Android).
Key requirements include robust ballot configuration, voter list management, support for multiple voting methods, advanced reporting capabilities, and integration with existing membership or database systems. The system must include tools to detect and prevent duplicate or invalid voter records, as well as provide real-time vote tallying and downloadable reports with visual summaries.
Vendors are expected to offer dedicated election implementation support, including pre-election testing, ballot and motion configuration assistance, and technical support for voter inquiries. The platform must incorporate strong security measures such as encryption (SSL or equivalent), audit logs, verifiable vote tracking, and secure storage and backup of election data, adhering to all relevant security and privacy standards. Remote scrutineer support during voting is also required.
