Electronic Timekeeping Software

An Arkansas agency is seeking proposals from Certified Time & Attendance Partners with BS&A to provide a Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) electronic timekeeping solution. The proposed system must enable employees to submit electronic timesheets and allow managers to review and approve these timesheets through a secure, cloud-based platform. At least fifteen to twenty biometric time clocks are required as part of the solution.

The software must integrate seamlessly with the agency's BS&A payroll system, with the option for CSV file exports that include specified information. The solution should comply with labor and data privacy regulations and offer reporting and audit trail functionalities necessary for accurate timekeeping and approvals. Vendors are expected to provide a robust platform that ensures reliable, secure access for both employees and managers. The contract will be awarded for a one-year period.
