DESCRIPTION


Arizona is seeking a qualified vendor to deliver a comprehensive electronic ticketing support solution for fair events. The selected provider will be responsible for supplying ticketing solution software as well as all necessary hardware, including laptops, printers, printer paper, and ticket scanning equipment. The solution must support advance internet ticket sales, box office sales, parking fee transactions, mobile ticket vending machines, bulk ticket printing, and ticket validation (access control). In addition, support services and access to detailed ticket sales and demographic reports are required.

The vendor will act as a third-party merchant processor, managing the collection, processing, and secure deposit of all proceeds from credit card ticket sales into a trust account. The solution must enable ticket sales both online and on-site during fair events.

Security is a high priority, and the provider must apply secure software development practices, eliminate vulnerable APIs, and safeguard AI models from unauthorized changes or attacks. Immediate notification to the county is required in the event of any security breach or AI-related incident affecting county data or systems. The contract for this project will be for a period of five years.
