An airport in Alaska is seeking proposals from qualified vendors for the provision of electronic and static display advertising services. The selected vendor will be granted certain non-exclusive rights to develop, construct, install, operate, maintain, and sell advertising on a variety of platforms, including static backlit displays, high-tech electronic displays, charging stations, and wall and column wraps. Currently, the airport features approximately ninety high-tech and static displays, sixteen charging stations, and twenty-six wall and column wraps.
Vendors are expected to propose a comprehensive signage development program that introduces new, state-of-the-art equipment and embraces the latest technologies in airport advertising. The objectives of the initiative include increasing airport advertising revenues, effectively promoting the airport and the broader Alaskan community, providing visually appealing and effective displays that align with airport design standards, and creating a 'sense of place' that highlights the unique character of Anchorage and Alaska.
The contract for this service will be for a period of seven years. Specific dates for inquiries and pre-bid meetings have been established, allowing interested vendors to seek additional information prior to submission.
