Wisconsin is seeking a vendor to conduct a comprehensive design study and needs assessment for the integration of electronic records management systems and related platforms. The objective is to thoroughly evaluate current systems and provide detailed recommendations for integrating with an enterprise records management solution, a content services platform, Integration Platform–as–a–Service (IPaaS), or similar technologies.
The assessment should specifically address potential integration with a wide range of applications and platforms, including Microsoft 365 products (OneDrive for Business, Teams, SharePoint Online), Microsoft Exchange Email Server, PeopleSoft HCM and Financial modules as they transition to Workday, ACA Accela Land Management/Permitting/Licensing System, JobApsCloud Acquisition and Talent Management System, Tyler Tax Information System, DocuSign E–Signature Solutions, GIS Web Services, Intellinetics Law Enforcement Document Management System, and Gimmal Physical Records Management System.
Interested vendors should be prepared to submit all questions regarding the scope of services no later than February 2, 2026.
