DESCRIPTION

The client is seeking a vendor to provide an electronic quality management system (E-QMS) with robust functionality including non-conformance tracking, document control, change management, audit management, training management, and corrective and preventive action tracking. The solution must address issues such as deviations, non-conformances, out-of-specification and out-of-trend results, and customer complaints, ensuring comprehensive corrective and preventive action workflows.

Required features include a document management system, training management system, and the ability to deploy the solution via cloud-based or on-premises infrastructure. The scope encompasses E-QMS solution implementation services, software and backup solution licenses, software upgrades, and exit management. The delivery lead from the service provider plays a key role in reviewing system designs, providing recommendations, and assisting in negotiations for technical or business process challenges to ensure timely completion.
