DESCRIPTION

The government authority in Newark, New Jersey, is seeking a vendor to provide comprehensive support and maintenance services for electronic poll book (EPB) systems and related printing technologies. The scope includes support for KNOWiNK Poll Pad EPB software, which is certified by the state Division and operates on Apple iPad 8th and 9th Generation devices.

The vendor will also be responsible for maintaining KNOWiNK Steel Poll Print Cabinets, which house Oki Data B432dn printers for ballot printing, connected through KNOWiNK-managed Poll Print iPads that use mini-routers and cabling to facilitate communication with EPBs without relying on WiFi networks. Service areas include all EPB-related equipment, software, hardware, licensing, wired and wireless networking, and consumables, as used in all elections, including early voting and any special or run-off elections.

The selected provider must ensure the continuous operation, technical support, and maintenance of all EPB and associated technologies under the Superintendent's control.
