A Texas-based organization is seeking a vendor to provide an electronic payment system. The vendor should submit their Federal Tax ID number and list the number and locations of their affiliated offices. Additionally, they should detail the number of school districts that have used the proposed product in each of the past five fiscal years, including the enrollment numbers for each district. Primary and alternate proposal contacts must be identified, along with dedicated contact information and office locations that will service the account, covering both account management and technical support.

Vendors are asked to describe their product, outlining its features and the competitive advantages that distinguish it from other options. Implementation requirements should specify whether additional setup or configuration of hardware or network equipment is necessary, accompanied by a recommended timeline for pilot deployment. As part of the evaluation, vendors are to explain the process for creating and configuring online payment items, the method for submitting requests for payment items to appear on school websites, and how requests are handled for student-related items and ticketed events. Guidance on updating both active and expired events or items in the system should also be provided. The resulting contract will be for a duration of one year, and all vendor questions must be submitted by May 6, 2026.
