SUMMARY

Seeking a vendor for a global electronic payment processing solution integrated with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Commerce for secure, omnichannel transactions.

DESCRIPTION

A global organization is seeking a qualified vendor to provide an electronic payment processing merchant solution that integrates seamlessly with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Commerce. The selected vendor will offer comprehensive merchant services and electronic payment processing solutions to support global commercial sales operations across multiple sales channels.

The required solution must enable secure processing of both card-present and card-not-present transactions at point-of-sale counters, in mobile sales environments, through call centers, and via ecommerce platforms. Key features should include support for major card networks (such as Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and preferably Discover and UnionPay), compatibility with mobile wallets, payment gateways, and both stationary and wireless POS terminals. Additionally, the solution should provide settlement of funds, robust reporting and analytics, fraud prevention tools, and reliable customer support.

A proven, existing integration with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Commerce is mandatory, as the agency is currently implementing this platform for its sales and ecommerce needs. The solution must support real-time transaction processing, automated reconciliation, omnichannel capabilities, and comply with all relevant industry and regulatory standards.
