DESCRIPTION

The government of Liberia is seeking a vendor to provide expert configuration, integration, and deployment services for the Open Medical Records System (OpenMRS) suite. The scope of work includes configuring the patient management module to effectively store and retrieve demographics, medical history, and patient contact details, as well as customizing the clinical documentation module for doctors to record patient encounters. This will involve creating customizable templates for clinical charting, diagnoses, and treatment plans.

Additional requirements include configuring the appointment and scheduling platform, enabling front-office staff to schedule and manage patient appointments and send reminders. The vendor will also adapt the e-prescribing module, incorporating pharmacy integration with drug-interaction checks, and integrate lab & imaging functionalities through OpenELIS and dcm4chee. This will allow seamless ordering of lab tests and diagnostic imaging, with results directly uploaded to patient charts.

Other deliverables include configuring the billing and reporting platform to generate reports on patient visits, diagnoses, and billing summaries. Security features such as role-based access control (RBAC), data encryption, and audit trails must be ensured, along with overall system interoperability. Vendors are required to create wireframes, mockups, and a system architecture design tailored to the deployment.
