A healthcare organization in West Virginia is seeking a vendor to provide a SaaS-based Electronic Medical Records (EMR) system under a three-year contract. The required system must offer comprehensive modules, including Admissions, Practitioner Engagement with electronic signatures, Dietary/Nutrition Management with in-house meal ticket printing, Infection Control with Antibiotic Stewardship, Skin and Wound Management with photo uploads, Skilled Nursing, and an Analytics Compliance package. The system must facilitate the uploading of items and documents to resident records and support documentation needs for chaplains, medical directors, nurses, and social workers.
