A New York-based agency is seeking a cloud-based, integrated Electronic Medical Record (EMR) solution for a three-year contract. The desired EMR system should feature comprehensive clinical, case, and financial management functionality. Key requirements include user-friendly, intuitive design; secure cloud hosting by the vendor; the ability to track clinician visit times, non-visit activities, and mileage; robust documentation capabilities such as visit templates; and advanced scheduling tools like SMART scheduling assistance.
Additionally, the system should support integration with other EMRs and pharmacies, provide customizable features to adapt to the agency’s workflows, and incorporate revenue cycle management, referral management with interface capabilities, and an OASIS scrubber. The solution should offer data analytics, compatibility with HEC, PressGaney, HHCAPS, and IQUES, as well as archive storage and a patient portal.
