The selected vendor will provide electronic media internet advertising and auction services for tax foreclosure and tax title property sales in accordance with legal requirements. The contractor will manage all aspects of online auction services, including organizing, posting, hosting, and servicing advertised properties, as well as offering detailed due diligence information for every property to be auctioned on a secure, dedicated website.

Key responsibilities include registering and pre-qualifying bidders, collecting pre-bid deposits and winning bid payments, gathering deed information from successful bidders at auction close, and ensuring the transfer of collected funds. Additionally, the vendor is required to deliver a comprehensive electronic report to the treasurer summarizing all transaction data upon completion.

All services must be conducted in a secure online environment that ensures confidentiality of exchanged data. The auction advertising website should be hosted on a secure server. The contract is set for a period of two years, and all bidder questions must be submitted by March 31, 2026.
