The state of Colorado is seeking a vendor to deliver an electronic license verification system tailored for secure web-based processing and daily data updates. The proposed system must maintain a website that offers verification information, instructions for licensees, and a secure platform for communication between licensees and their customers.
Key requirements include the capability for licensees to request electronic verifications to be sent to or received from other state boards, provided those boards supply verified data to the contractor. The system should support the electronic completion and secure processing of verification requests from physicians, physician assistants, and certified nurse aides within 24 hours of receipt. Additionally, the system must securely import daily file exports of licensee data from the state to ensure accurate and current license verification information.
Vendors are expected to develop, document, maintain, and audit robust quality assurance and control procedures. Exceptional customer service is required, with the ability to respond to inquiries within 48 hours during standard business hours from Monday through Friday.
