A comprehensive electronic key and asset management solution is required, encompassing both hardware and software components. The system should include electronic key and asset management cabinets of various sizes, expansion modules to scale system capacity, backup power sources for uninterrupted operation, as well as wall-mounted hardware and necessary mounting accessories.
The software element must consist of a cloud-based or hosted management platform supporting setup and configuration at specified locations. Key features should include user access controls, audit trails, ongoing platform access, system licensing, and robust reporting capabilities. The solution should cover pre-deployment configuration, delivery of equipment to designated sites, and close coordination with the owner to ensure the system aligns with operational requirements.
Additionally, the vendor will provide comprehensive training and implementation support for designated personnel. This includes instruction on system operation, basic administration, asset checkout and return procedures, and reporting. Training formats may be remote, in-person, or hybrid. The initial contract period is one year.
