The organization is seeking a vendor to provide an electronic health records (EHR) system designed to enhance operational efficiency and quality of care. The core features required include occupancy monitoring for real-time supervision of resident census data and a collaboration console for secure, streamlined team communication and messaging. The system must offer robust access control with role-based user management and advanced security safeguards, adapting to the organization's specific business processes for a tailored EHR solution.

Additional mandatory features include infection monitoring, case documentation and reporting, integrated document management for clinical and financial files, and automated real-time insurance and benefit eligibility checks. The system should support nutrition and supplement logging, electronic order management, and data management security such as single sign-on, multi-factor authentication, and a dedicated training environment for onboarding new users. The interface must prioritize intuitive, point-and-click documentation suitable for all staff skill levels.
