A health organization in Wisconsin is soliciting proposals for the provision and integration of an electronic health record (EHR) system. The selected vendor will be responsible for supplying an EHR system and delivering remote professional services to integrate Jesse Brown Pharmacy Omni Cell IVX systems with Oracle Health EMR, ensuring alignment with the required specifications.
Key responsibilities include collaborating with the Oracle Health team to execute all required test cases, supporting the conversion of patient identifiers from Social Security Numbers to Oracle Health Electronic Data Interchange Personal Identifier (EDIPI), and participating in interface conversion activities through to the system's go-live date. This includes support for weekend go-live activities as scheduled by the Contracting Officer’s Representative, as well as post-implementation interface support.
Additionally, the vendor must provide a dedicated test station equipped with all necessary peripherals, such as scanners and printers, to support the integration and testing processes.
