Key objectives include performing a quality assurance review of all forms for relevancy and necessary updates, creating a comprehensive master index of all forms, and identifying and re-creating workflows for each form within the new system. The solution must be sustainable, support future enhancements, and be based on the agency's existing work. Additional requirements involve thorough documentation of processes and system architecture, expedited development and deployment of electronic forms, and improved accessibility, compliance, and maintainability. The system should also empower the agency to support and evolve the solution independently. Vendors should note that all questions must be submitted by December 2, 2025.
