The chosen solution must accommodate four named users and adhere to strict security and compliance standards, including SOC2, PCI/DSS, HIPAA, and VISA compliance. Additionally, the system should have robust disaster recovery features.
The vendor will be responsible for offering an external user document upload process, ensuring all documents are converted to searchable PDF format, and delivering user training. The document vault structure should be designed based on the agency's needs, with a preloaded document list in the database. The provider will also expedite the processing of folders and make them available in the database upon request.
