Alaska Native Tribal Health Consortium
Organization overview and procurement intelligence available on paid plans.
The project seeks a vendor to provide electronic faxing software and services that enable secure, remote faxing directly from individual desktops with single sign-on support. The solution must integrate with Microsoft Azure for authenticated access and meet organizational security standards, including stringent user authentication to protect fax data.
Key requirements include seamless integration with shared drives, departmental inboxes, EMR/EHR systems (e.g., Cerner Work Queue Management), and other internal applications such as pharmacy software and email platforms. The system must automatically route faxes to appropriate locations, allow administrative staff to manage and organize documents, and provide a searchable address book for commonly used fax numbers. Customizable fax coversheets with ample room for notes and the ability to send faxes in both color and black & white are required.
The solution must efficiently handle high-volume fax transmissions (including those exceeding 2,000 pages) and balance peak loads to minimize delays or failures. Additionally, the system should provide thorough delivery confirmation, real-time status tracking for outgoing and incoming faxes, and centralized administrative tools for usage monitoring, user access management, and comprehensive audit logs. The initial contract term is for one year.
