City of Delta
Organization overview and procurement intelligence available on paid plans.
The City of British Columbia is seeking a consultant to develop a comprehensive strategy for electronic document and records management. The project requires assessing the current environment across all city departments and recommending a future-state architecture that aligns with both current and emerging technology trends to ensure long-term sustainability.
The selected consultant will prepare a practical, actionable, and costed implementation roadmap, including the identification of multiple appropriate software solutions. The engagement should also address governance structures, staffing needs, training requirements, organizational change management, and integration with Microsoft 365 and existing business systems.
A phased implementation plan with clear timelines and resource estimates is expected. All guidance should support the city's needs for scalability, effective information governance, and operational efficiency.
