A vendor is sought to provide Electronic Armor (EA) software and related services in Virginia. The contractor will be responsible for supplying and updating the Electronic Armor software, ensuring compatibility and integration with existing systems.
Key requirements include support for the Electronic Armor Operating System (EA-OS) and the associated packaging software to enhance security measures. The vendor must also offer support for Linux operating environments and advance the software to a level that supports ongoing prototyping and feasibility studies.
Additionally, the vendor will provide engineering expertise for software installation and integration, working closely with the NSWCDD development team on prototype integration efforts. A minimum of 730 hours of commercial engineering services is required within a 12-month period of performance from the receipt of the order.
